We will perform a full body evaluation including assessments for diastasis recti, pelvic floor function, rib cage flare and more. We will address any symptoms you are having such as back pain, neck pain or urinary leakage. We will show you how to optimally reconnect with pelvic floor and deep core, to build a strong foundation for the activities you love. Note: You are never too far postpartum to heal!

For women as early as 2 weeks postpartum to begin the pelvic floor and deep core reconnection (for vaginal and c-section births!) We personalize your activity goals to help you heal, regain strength and return to activities you love postpartum.

Our goal is to keep you moving comfortably throughout your pregnancy by building strength and improving mobility. We’ll help you stay as active as you’d like while addressing and preventing common pregnancy aches and pains. As you enter the third trimester, we’ll introduce breathing techniques, birth positions, and pushing strategies to prepare your pelvis for delivery and reduce the risk of tearing.
